    Submit your case through our intake form. Urgency is assessed —  a general response is provided within a week.

    Clinical Context Clarification

    The consultant reviews the decisions at hand, and any ethical concerns you have raised.

    Step 3

    Ethical Analysis & Islamic Frameworking

    Dr. Padela applies both clinical bioethics methodology and Islamic moral reasoning to your specific situation.

    Step 4

    Written Brief & Verbal Debrief

    You receive a written case brief, a verbal debrief session, and a follow-up note summarizing the guidance.

    Step 5

    Optional Extended Support

    Consultation with your clinic care team, case conference participation, advance care planning assistance, community education sessions, or connection to religious scholars for fatwa requests.

    While we are not charging for consultations during the first six months of our launch, we want to be transparent with the cost of this service.

    Typical cases take five hours over two sessions. This includes intake, analysis, written brief, and debrief.
